Return Shipping: After notifying us, please return the goods to the address provided by our customer service team. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Please note:
- You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We recommend returning items in their original packaging and condition.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned goods:

We will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the goods and the initial standard delivery charges. However, if you chose a more expensive delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have mutually agreed otherwise.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
